#WINNERS OF MEN’S PHYSIQUE CATEGORY

Men’s physique is a new division in professional bodybuilding, which is increasingly gaining popularity among bodybuilders. Athletes in a men’s physique competition are judged on their muscle mass, symmetry, and conditioning.

The Pro Bodybuilding Men’s Physique division debuted in 2013 and has since become one of the most popular events at pro-level competitions. This division emphasizes a balanced, aesthetic physique rather than sheer size and mass. As a result, many men’s physique competitors appear more “athletic” than bodybuilding competitors.

There had previously been a heavyweight and super heavyweight division, but the new division was created to give athletes of smaller stature more opportunities.

The 212 weight class has quickly become one of the most popular divisions in professional bodybuilding, with many top athletes switching to compete in this weight class.

Competitors in the 212 division must have exceptional muscle definition and symmetry in order to be successful.

# WINNERS OF WOMEN’S BIKINI CATEGORY

The Women’s Bikini Category in the Pro Bodybuilding Show is a new category that officially launched in 2011. This category is designed for women who have a muscular and defined physique but do not meet the criteria for more muscular women’s categories like figure or fitness.

Women must have a well-balanced physique with symmetrical muscle development and definition to compete in the bikini category. They must also be of average height and weight for their body type.

Because the bikini category does not require as much muscle as the other women’s categories, many competitors can achieve a lean and toned physique without sacrificing their femininity.

As a result, the bikini category has become one of the most popular among professional bodybuilders.
