  1. Event Cancellation:In the rare occurrence of an event cancellation, we will take care of you. We will automatically initiate a full refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. You can expect to see the refunded amount credited to your account within 10-14 business days.

  2. Event Rescheduling:If the event is rescheduled to a different date, we offer you the following options:
  3. Keep Your Ticket for the Rescheduled Date:Your purchased ticket will remain valid for the newly scheduled event date. No further action is required from your end, and you can look forward to joining us on the rescheduled date.
  4. Refund of Ticket Face Value:Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event date, you can request a refund of the face value of the ticket. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during your purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Travel and Accommodations:Please be aware that SHERU CLASSIC WORLD SPORTS FESTIVAL will not be held liable for any travel, accommodations, or related expenses that you or any other party incurs in connection with a canceled or rescheduled event. We recommend making any travel or accommodation arrangements with due consideration to this policy.
