The Steadfast Nutrition presents International Health, Sports, and Fitness Festival (IHFF) Amateur Olympia India 2022. The IHFF was a resounding success. Held over the course of three days 28-29-30 October in Mumbai, the event attracted athletes and health enthusiasts from all over the world competing in various bodybuilding categories. The IHFF is an annual event that aims to promote healthy living and fitness among people of all ages.

The Amateur Olympia India competition was a bodybuilding contest that opens to amateur bodybuilders who are in the first stage of starting their bodybuilding career and considered as amateur bodybuilder. The Amateur Bodybuilding competition was started by the founder of Mr. Olympia, Joe Weider.

The Mr. Olympia competition is open to any professional male bodybuilder who has competed in and won a qualifying event such as Sheru Classic bodybuilding events and International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB).

In 1965, the first Mr. Olympia competition was held in New York City and since then, the Mr. Olympia competition has grown exponentially. The Mr. Olympia title is considered to be the highest honor that a bodybuilder can achieve and for bodybuilders to compete in Mr. Olympia they first need to qualify its first stepping stone is Amateur Olympia.

Hence, Amateur Olympia was held in different locations each year and attract best aspiring bodybuilders from all over the world. The competition consisted of two parts: the prejudging and the finals.

During the prejudging, the competitors were judged on their physique and symmetry. The finals were a pose down between the top six competitors, where they would flex and show off their muscles to the audience.

The Amateur Olympia was an important stepping stone for many professional bodybuilders, as it gave them exposure to the sport and helped them build their careers from amateur bodybuilding.

Amateur bodybuilding is a style of competitive bodybuilding in which competitors show off their physiques to be judged on muscularity, symmetry, and definition. In contrast to professional bodybuilding, which stresses total size and strength, amateur bodybuilding focuses on the aesthetic characteristics of the muscles.
