The International Health, Sports, and Fitness Festival (IHFF) 2022 was a big success. This year’s event was held on 28-29-30 October 2022 in Mumbai, India and drew over 5000 attendees. The IHFF is the world’s largest health and fitness event and features top athletes from around the globe.

This year’s festival featured a wide variety of events, including bodybuilding, MMA, powerlifitng, strongman competition, and arm wrestling competition. There was also a fitness expo with over 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in health and fitness products and services.

In IHFF 2022 Mumbai attendees had the opportunity to play with new fitness equipment, participate in workout classes, and listen to keynote speeches from some of the world’s leading health and fitness experts. The IHFF is an important event for promoting healthy lifestyles and raising awareness about the importance of physical activity.

The Sheru Classic Male & Female Model Search event 2022 drew in hundreds of aspiring models from all over the India. The event saw contestants from all walks of life vying for a chance to be the next big thing in the modelling industry.
