SHERU CLASSIC WORLD SPORTS FESTIVAL

TICKET HOLDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms under which tickets to the Sheru Classic World Sports Festival event (“Event”) are sold and used. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Pricing and Fees: All ticket prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Additional fees, such as taxes, service fees, shipping, or delivery charges, are also in U.S. dollars. Any currency exchange rate differences are your responsibility.
2. Order Confirmation and Approval: Orders are subject to credit card approval and are processed upon verification of billing information. Orders are confirmed through a confirmation email or web page. You are responsible for verifying successful order placement.
3. Entry Conditions and Prohibited Items: Entry to the Event requires your consent to search your person and belongings. Refusing searches may result in denied entry. Prohibited items include firearms, alcohol, drugs, and disruptive or illegal items.
4. Public Privacy and Consent: By attending the Event, you grant permission to Sheru Classic World Sports Expo LLC, Sheru Classic Worldwide Inc, their partners, and assigns to use your name, image, likeness, and other elements in audio, video, or photographic displays for any purpose without further authorization or compensation.
5. Event Cancellation and Refunds: In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Rescheduling offers the option to keep tickets for the new date or get a refund of the ticket face value. Travel, accommodations, and related expenses are not covered.
6. License, Compliance, and Conduct: Your ticket is a revocable license. Admittance may be refused. You agree to comply with Event Rules and terms set by Sheru Classic World Sports Expo LLC, Sheru Classic Worldwide Inc, or the venue. Misconduct may lead to refusal of entry or ejection.
7. Assumption of Risk and Waiver: By participating in the Event, including sports activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks and dangers, and voluntarily assume all related risks. You waive claims for personal injury, property damage, or death against Sheru Classic World Sports Expo LLC, Sheru Classic Worldwide Inc, the venue, and related entities.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Florida law. Any litigation related to this Agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the state or federal court in Orange County, Florida.
