    Cardio

According to an interview with Shroff himself, cardio exercise plays a vital role in keeping his body lean by burning off excess fat.

The actor revealed that he includes 45 minutes of cardio in his daily workout regime. Whether it be running or cycling, Tiger ensures that he gets enough physical activity to stay fit and healthy. He also revealed that during high-intensity workouts like running on the treadmill, he makes sure not to exceed 9 km/h so as not to overwork himself. On days when he feels too exhausted for a full-fledged workout session, Tiger opts for yoga which helps him relax both mentally and physically.

    DAY 7 ACTIVE RECOVERY DAY

In order to ensure that he is pushing himself towards peak performance, Tiger uses the seventh day to perform a range of activities that are designed to help him recover from any strain that he put his body through during the week. These activities include some of his favorite exercise such as Martial Arts, Gymnastics, dance and sports which help him revive sore muscles while also increasing blood circulation throughout his body.

In addition to these exercises, Tiger also takes time out on his rest day by depending on massage treatments to further ease any muscle pain or fatigue that he may be feeling after working out for six straight days.

    Tiger Shroff’s Diet Plan

Tiger Shroff follows a strict diet plan that consists of six meals per day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner plus three snacks in between.

He starts off the day with a healthy breakfast of oatmeal, poached eggs and fruit. This is followed by a protein-rich lunch of grilled chicken, sweet potatoes and steamed veggies which keeps him energized through intense workout sessions. For dinner, he opts for lean proteins like fish or turkey along with a side salad or roasted vegetables to keep himself light before bedtime. He also ensures to drink about 8 glasses of water throughout the day for hydration and proper nutrition absorption.

    Tiger Shroff Supplementation

The supplement taken by Tiger Shroff consists of products designed to improve overall physical performance and well-being. It includes products like pre-workout boosters, post-workout recovery formulas and protein blends to help increase muscle strength while promoting weight loss. These supplements also contain ingredients that aid digestion and support immunity as well as vitamins and minerals essential for overall wellbeing.

Tiger Shroff majorly take 3 following supplements:

BCAA: BCAAs, or branched-chain amino acids, are essential nutrients that the body needs but cannot make on its own. BCAAs include leucine, isoleucine and valine.  These three aminos can be found in a variety of foods such as fish, dairy products, red meat, eggs and legumes. BCAAs are widely used by athletes for their muscle building benefits and also by those who want to lose weight.

Whey Protein: Whey protein is an excellent source of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are essential for optimal muscle growth. It can be taken before or after workouts to increase strength and improve recovery times. Additionally, it may help to reduce appetite levels while providing the body with needed energy throughout the day.

Multivitamins: Multivitamins are a popular dietary supplement that can help people get the vitamins and minerals they need for everyday health. Multivitamins are beneficial for people who may not be getting all their daily nutritional needs from the food they eat. Taking multivitamins is an effective way to fill in any nutritional gaps in your diet.
